Please click, print and bring this sheet to your class the week BEFORE Showcase week. Your teacher will help you fill out the Giving portion. If you forget to bring the sheet to your lesson, print it out and fill it in to the best of your ability.
REMEMBER TO BRING THE SHEET FILLED OUT TO SHOWCASE AND SHARE CLASS!
